By using our services, you agree to the following policies:

Standard Wash & Fold: $20 minimum charge.
Expedited Wash & Fold: $27 minimum charge.
Note: Minimum charges apply strictly to Wash & Fold services and cannot be combined with Dry Cleaning, Laundered Shirts, or any other specialty services.

Any items left unpaid or uncollected for 30 days after processing is complete will be considered abandoned.
Abandoned items will be donated to charity.

By submitting your order, you authorize The Hayes Laundry to utilize our automatic payment system to charge your credit card on file for all services rendered.

We adhere strictly to the professional standards set by the international fabricare industry. While we exercise the highest level of care to treat each garment according to its material needs, we cannot guarantee against inherent wear, manufacturing defects, or age-related damage.
The Hayes Laundry is not liable for minor holes, fading, color bleeding, discoloration, or damage to hardware (including buttons, beads, zippers, ties, and belts) that may occur during standard processing.

Any claims for lost or missing items must be reported via email to The Hayes Laundry within five (5) calendar days of order pickup/delivery.
Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. At our sole discretion, reimbursement for any verified lost item will not exceed ten (10) times the cleaning charge for that specific item, regardless of its original brand, age, fabric, or condition.

If you are utilizing our drop-off lockers, you must ensure the locker door is completely shut and securely locked.
The Hayes Laundry assumes zero liability for items lost, stolen, or missing if the locker door was left unsecured at the time of drop-off.

Customers utilizing our self-service machines are entirely responsible for their own property.
The Hayes Laundry is not responsible for items left unattended, lost, stolen, or damaged during self-service use. Please check your machine settings and pockets before starting a cycle.
