By using our services, you agree to the following policies:
Minimum Order Size
Minimum Wash & Fold charge is $18 for Standard Service and $25 for Expedited Service.
Minimum charge is for Wash & Fold service only and is not combined with any other charges for services such as Dry Cleaning or Laundered Shirts.
Non-payment
Items that are not paid within 30 days after we complete processing of the order are assumed to be abandoned and items will be donated to charity.
Unclaimed items
Items that are not picked-up within 30 days after we complete processing of the order are assumed to be abandoned and items donated to charity.
Damaged Items
We follow industry standards for Fabricare Industry and International Fabricare Institute. We will use a high level of care to process items which in our opinion are best suited for your individual items. However, it is not possible for us to guarantee that our services may result in small holes, fading, color bleeding, discoloration, etc. to your items, including but not limited to clothing, bedding, towels, fabrics, belts, buttons, beads, ties, or zippers, etc.
Lost or Missing Items
Lost or missing items must be reported within five calendar days via email to The Hayes Laundry. We will review requests on a case by case basis. Any items determined eligible for reimbursement, based upon The Hayes Laundry’s sole discretion, shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning the item, regardless of age, condition, brand, fabric, etc. of the item.
Please ensure that you securely lock the locker upon dropping-off your items as the above.
Loss of items does not apply in instances where the locker door was not secured at time of drop-off.
Payment
By submitting your order, you agree to using our auto-payment service and pricing whereby we auto-charge your credit card for the services we provide.
Self-service laundry
We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, missing, left behind, etc. Please take care when processing your items and be sure to do not leave your items unattended.
